  2. 2 cups tomatoes

  3. 2 tablespoons parsley flakes

  4. 2 cups celery -- sliced thin

  5. 1/4 teaspoon basil

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  7. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  8. 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  9. 3 ounce can tomato paste

  10. 1 package shrimp -- frozen, de-veined, shelled (7 ounces)

  11. 1/2 cup long-grain rice

  1. Mix everything except rice and shrimp in large skillet, stirring occasionally. Boil gently, uncovered until celery in neatly tender (about 30 minutes). Stir in shrimp; boil until shrimp are cooked but still tender (about 5-10 minutes). Cook rice as directed, omitting margarine or butter. Serve shrimp over rice.
