  1. 1 1/3 c Sugar

  2. 1 c Instant malted milk powder

  3. 3/4 c Unsweetened cocoa powder

  4. ; firmly packed 4 Eggs

  5. 2 c Flour

  6. 3 ts Baking powder

  7. 1/2 ts Salt

  8. 1 3/4 c Half & half

  9. Chocolate malted frosting: 1/2 c Half & half

  10. 1/2 c Instant malted milk powder

  11. 1/2 c Butter; softened

  12. 1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder

  13. 2 1/2 c Powdered sugar

  14. 9x13" pan, and bake

  15. 35-40 minutes or until done. Let cool in pan completely. Chocolate Malted Frosting: In a medium bowl, combine the half and half and malted milk powder. Stir to combine, and let stand 15 minutes to dissolve the powder. In a medium bowl, beat together the butter and cocoa. Add malted milk mixture and beat well. Add powdered sugar and beat on high.
