  1. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Crumbled feta cheese - (abt 3 oz)

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Plain yogurt

  3. 2 1/2 tablespoons 37ml Chopped fresh chives

  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Fresh lemon juice

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried oregano Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Using fork, mash feta cheese in small bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop. (Sauce can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) This recipe yields about 1 cup.
