  8. 2 egg whites

  9. 1/2 cup skim milk

  10. 1/4 cup green onions -- chopped

  11. 1/4 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded

  12. 2 tablespoons jalapeno slices -- drained

  13. 1/3 cup flour

  14. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  15. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  16. 425 F. and heat

  17. 24 mini-muffin cups until hot.

  18. Blend all ingredients in a blender at medium speed about 30-45 seconds.

  19. Spray hot muffin cups and fill immediately 2/3 full.

  20. Bake about 10 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.

  21. 8 servings of 3 puffs each.
