  1. 250g John West Baby Clams, drained with juice reserved

  2. 4 tbsp Olive Oil

  3. 3 cloves Chopped Garlic

  4. 1 Red Chille, de-seeded and chopped

  5. 3 tbsp Shredded Basil

  6. 200g Cherry Tomatoes, halved

  7. Splash White Wine

  8. 110g Cooked spaghetti, al dente

  1. Saute the garlic in the olive oil with the chilli, basil and tomatoes.

  2. Add the white wine and cook until well reduced.

  3. Stir in the baby clams and their juice and season to taste.

  4. Toss the mixture in with the cooked spaghetti and serve immediately.
