  1. 1 1/2 can(s) black olives , drained

  2. 1 bunch(es) fresh basil

  3. 4 bulb(s) garlic , diced

  4. 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil , or more to taste

  1. Put olives, basil and garlic in food processor and rough them up, adding the olive oil to help them mix better. I often add some capers and or fresh parmesan cheese. You can also add pinenuts.
