  2. 1 pound(s) chicken for stir-fry (chicken-breast strips)

  3. 1 1/2 cup(s) frozen cut okra

  4. 1 1/2 cup(s) frozen bell pepper strips

  5. 1/2 cup(s) bottled tandoori stir-fry sauce

  6. 2 pouches (8.82 oz each) 90-second basmati rice

  7. Garnish: basil or cilantro leaves

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet until hot, but not smoking. Add chicken; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked through. Remove.

  2. Add okra and peppers to skillet; stir-fry 3 minutes until thawed and tender. Add sauce and chicken; heat until simmering.

  3. Meanwhile heat rice in microwave as package directs. Serve with chicken and vegetables.
