  1. 60ml honey/ginger sake

  2. 10ml kiwi liqueur

  3. 45ml lemon juice

  4. 15ml sugar syrup

  5. Soda water

  6. To garnish:

  7. lemon wedge

  8. ginger slices, speared

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Add all of the ingredients into the glass part of a Boston Shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously 4-5 times.

  2. Strain all contents into an ice filled collins glass. Top with a splash of soda water.

  3. Garnish the collins glass with a lemon wedge and speared ginger slices.
