  1. 6 medium tart apples,peeled and sliced

  2. 1 T. lemon juice

  3. 1 T. water

  4. 1/4 c. brown sugar,packed

  5. 1/2 c. flour

  6. 1/2 c. rolled oats

  7. 1 teas. cinnamon

  8. 3 oz. pkg. butterscotch cook & eat NOT instant

  9. 1/2 c. butter,

  1. Place apples in 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and water. Combine brown sugar,oats, flour,cinnamon and dry pudding mix. Add melted butter and mix with pudding mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375^ for 35 minutes or until apples test done.
