  2. 1 package Dark crab meat

  3. 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

  4. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  5. 2 chopped boiled egg s

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  7. 1 cup wild rich (Uncle Bens)

  8. Light mayonnaise (to bind ingredients)

  9. 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

  10. Secret spices (from the Gulf Shores Steamer)

  11. 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

  12. Hamburger bun s

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Refrigerate until chilled.

  3. Remove from refrigerator, form into “hamburger” size pattys. Cook in a skillet on the stove top in butter until golden brown. Serve immediately on a hamburger bun.
