  1. 500 g (1 lb) dried apricots

  2. 250 g (1 cup) honey

  3. 3 Stiffly beaten egg whites

  1. + Directions : Puree soaked apricots and honey. Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased mold or refrigerator tray and freeze. Serve frozen, but break up into bite-size pieces. Garnish with whipped cream and/or sliced bananas.
