  1. 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed (about 45)

  2. 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

  3. 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

  4. 1/3 cup butter

  5. 3 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened

  6. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  7. 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk

  8. 4 eggs

  9. 2 tsp. vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium-sized bowl, combine crust ingredients. Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan, and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until very soft and fluffy. Melt the chocolate chips either in a microwave or in a double boiler; cool slightly, set aside. Add the condensed milk, eggs and vanilla to the cream cheese and beat very well to blend. Add the chocolate, blending well. Pour into the prepared springform pan and bake for 1 hour, or until the center is set but still soft. Chill for several hours.
