  1. 1 c. olive oil

  2. 1/2 c. red wine vinegar

  3. Salt to taste

  4. 1/2 tsp. black pepper

  5. 1 tsp. oregano

  6. 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

  7. 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  8. 1 tsp. basil

  9. SALAD:

  10. 8 oz. spiral pasta

  11. 6 oz. spinach shells

  12. 1 c. thinly sliced red and green pepper

  13. 1 can garbanzo beans

  14. 1/4 lb. provolone, sliced

  15. 1/4 lb. salami, sliced

  16. 1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced

  17. 1/4 c. red and black olives (sliced)

  18. Fresh chopped parsley to taste

  19. Chopped green onion to taste

  1. Make dressing. Cook pastas separately. Drain. Add dressing, toss and cool. Add all other ingredients. Toss well and chill at least a couple of hours (overnight is best). Toss again before serving.
