  1. Sugar-Coated Pecans

  2. 1 tablespoon egg white

  3. 2 cups pecan halves

  4. 1/4 cup sugar

  5. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  6. In a bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Add pecans and toss until

  7. well coated. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.

  8. 300F for 30 minutes or until browned. Cool on waxed paper.

  9. Yield: 3 cups.
