  1. Place broccoli, cauliflower and carrot sticks arond the edge of amicrowave-proof plate. Place the rest of the vegetables in the center.

  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice nd garlic powder. Cover with vented plasticwrap and microwave on HIHG for 5 minutes. Let stand 6 minutes beforeserving.
