  2. 2 Tbsp olive oil

  3. 1/4 tsp each Italian seasoning, salt and freshly ground pepper

  4. 1 oz from a piece of Asiago cheese

  1. Heat oven to 400ºF. You’ll need a rimmed baking sheet.2. Put asparagus on baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly; spread in one layer.3. Roast 15 minutes or until tips are lightly browned and just fork-tender.4. With vegetable peeler, shave cheese onto asparagus. Toss gently.
