  1. 1 lb sirloin sliced thin and seasoned with paprika and garlic powder

  2. 1 green pepper cut in chunks

  3. 5-7 green onion s cut into 1 inch pieces

  4. 1 tomato cut into chunks

  5. cup soy sauce

  6. 1 cup water

  7. 3 Tbsp cornstarch

  8. 1 can beef broth

  1. Brown meat and add beef broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Add green onions and peppers. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Stir together cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Stir into meat and continue stirring until thickened. Add tomatoes and serve over hot rice.
