  1. 8 cups Cubed seeded watermelon

  2. cup Sifted powdered sugar

  3. 6 ounces Frozen lemonade concentrate, (1 can) thawed and undiluted

  1. Place watermelon in a large bowl; cover and freeze.

  2. Place half of frozen watermelon, half of powdered sugar, and half of concentrate in a blender, and process until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into individual glasses. Repeat procedure with remaining watermelon, powdered sugar, and concentrate. Yield: 7 cups (serving size: 1 cup).

  4. Per serving: 91 Calories; 0g Fat (4% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 23g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 3mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately.
