  1. 5 pound(s) Picnic Ham

  2. 16 ounce(s) Crushed Pineapple , Drained, set aside juice 12 ounce(s) Diet Cola

  3. 2 tablespoon(s) Splenda , or may substitue brown sugar

  4. 1 teaspoon(s) Cornstarch , Disolved in

  5. 1/2 c. cold water

  1. Remove all packaging from ham and rinse with cold water. Place into crockpot and add the crushed pineapple and diet cola. Cook on low for 4 hours. Turn crockpot off. Mix reserved pineapple juice, sugar, and dissolved cornstarch in a small sauce pan. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Drizzle over ham slices.

  2. Can be served with steamed green beans (long ones), sour cream potato salad and yeast rolls.
