  1. Instructions Mix together the butter, flour, and milk. Then, add slightly beaten egg yolks. Add all the seasonings, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Fill greased baking dishes 2/3 full of the mixture. Set dishes in a pan of hot water and poach in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm. Arrange on a platter and serve with tomato cream sauce.
