  4. 1/2c Milk (add 2 tbsp. more water -for DAK/Welbilt mach)

  5. 1 Egg

  6. 3 c Bread flour

  7. 3 tb Wheat germ or bran

  8. 2 tb Instant potato flakes

  9. 1 1/2ts Salt

  10. 1 1/2tb Oil

  11. 3 tb Sugar

  12. 1 1/2ts Red star yeast (2 tsp. for -Dak/Welbilt; 3 tsp for -Panasonic/Nat'l)

  1. + Directions : Place all ingredients in pan, select Light Crust and press Start. Note: This bread slices well and stays fairly moist, although mine doesn't last long. I think the potato flakes help to make it moist. Enjoy! Mari
