  1. 4 Green onions

  2. 1 Garlic

  3. 1 Hot pepper

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Ground allspice

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried thyme

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground nutmeg

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cayenne

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh lime juice

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients in blender; pulse to puree mixture. Store in covered glass container in refrigerator. Make 1/3 cup. To use, rub 2 teaspoons or more jerk seasoning over surface of meat. Let stand at least 1 hour before cooking. Flavor is enhanced if marinated overnight.
