  1. 1/3 cup 109g / 3.8oz Corn syrup

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml White wine

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Corn oil

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Dijon mustard

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Parsley

  6. 1 Garlic - clove

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  9. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Onion or shallots - diced

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Saute Onions or shallots in a little corn oil until cooked but not browned.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Cool and serve or serve hot.
