  2. SMOKED TURKEY SALAD

  7. 1 1/2 lb Smoked turkey -- skinned and -cut into 2-inch julienne

  8. 1 1/2 c Sherry Mayonnaise

  9. -salt & freshly ground

  10. -black pepper

  11. 3/4 lb Jarlsberg cheese -- julienne

  12. 2 c Grapes, seedless, red or grn

  13. 1 c Celery -- chopped

  14. -pepper, to taste

  15. 1 tb Green peppercorns -- water-

  16. -packed -- drained

  17. 1. Combine turkey, Jarlsberg, grapes and celery in a

  18. mixing bowl. 2. Add the Sherry Mayonnaise and toss

  19. gently but well. Season to taste with salt and pepper

  20. and toss again. Cover and refrigerate until serving

  21. time. 3. Arrange the salad in serving portions and sprinkle with green peppercorns to taste.

  22. Cooked, lightly smoked ham or chicken may be
