  4. 1 1/2 teasgarlic powder

  5. 1 teaschili powder

  6. 1 teassalt

  7. 1 teaspepper

  8. 1/2 c. flour

  9. 1/2 c. bread crumbs

  10. 1/2 stick butter

  11. 3 T. olive oil

  12. Dip steaks in

  1. Soak breast in salt water for 1 hour. Remove and pat dry In a bowl, beat the eggs, Add the cheese, garlic, salt and pepper and chili powder Mix flour and bread crumbs.

  2. Melt butter and add oil, let mixture get hot in skillet medium high heat Dip breast in eggs, then into flour/bread crumb mixture Add to hot skillet and fry until golden brown
