  1. 1 lb fresh pizza dough (available at many grocery stores)

  2. lots of coarse corn meal

  3. pasta or pizza sauce to taste (jar is fine)

  4. mozzarella or other shredded cheese to taste

  5. Italian seasoning s to taste

  6. Topping suggestions:

  7. Pineapple , Canadian Bacon and Onion

  8. Pepperoni and Onion

  9. Grilled Chicken , Tomato and Onion

  10. Use Ranch Dressing as your sauce and top with grilled chicken, tomato and onion

  11. Italian Sausage

  12. Prepared b-b-que chicken in sauce (don't use additional sauce) and top with cheese and onions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees with pizza stone on lower rack.

  2. Roll out dough using lots of cornmeal to prevent dough from sticking to your counter.

  3. pound of dough will usually roll out to approx 12" diameter pizza.

  4. Place dough on pizza peel using liberal amounts of corn meal on peel.

  5. Top dough with sauce of your choice followed by any dried Italian seasonings (basil, oregano, crushed red pepper etc).

  6. Top with cheese.

  7. Now add your selected toppings. The combos are endless! Finish with light topping of cheese.

  8. Shimmy pizza off peel onto pizza stone in oven. Cook for about 12-14 minutes, depending on your oven. Finished when top cheese is golden brown.

  9. Remove with peel, cut with pizza cutter/wheel. Enjoy!!
