  1. 2 cups 474ml Soy crumbles

  2. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Canned soybeans

  3. 1 Corn - (15 oz) - drained

  4. 2 Diced tomatoes - (28 oz ea)

  5. 1 Chili beans - (30 oz)

  6. 1 Onion - diced (medium)

  7. 1 Green bell pepper - diced (medium)

  8. 2 Taco seasoning

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Chili powder

  1. In large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 to 45 minutes.

  2. Serve with low-fat shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
