  1. 6 teaspoons 30ml Boiled potatoes - drain/peel. (medium)

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion - chopped (medium)

  3. 1/3 cup 48g / 1.7oz Sweet pickle - chopped

  4. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Mayonnaise

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sugar

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vinegar

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Yellow mustard

  8. Salt - to taste

  9. 3 Hard-boiled eggs - chopped

  1. Combine potatoes, onion and sweet pickle.

  2. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt to taste.

  3. Pour over potatoes and mix well.

  4. Add chopped eggs and mix.
