  1. 1 pound chicken , cubed

  2. 2 Winesap apple s, peeled and cubed

  3. 4 tablespoons butter

  4. 1 lemon

  5. 2 tablespoons dry white wine salt and pepper, to taste onion powder, to taste thyme , to taste garlic powder, to taste

  1. Heat butter in heavy skillet and stir fry chicken 2-3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder and wine to chicken. Add apples and stir constantly 2-5 minutes (add more butter as needed) until chicken is cooked. Add thyme. Sprinkle with juice of half of lemon. Serve immediately.
