  1. 3 Large ripes avacados -- mashed and sprinkled with fresh lemon juice

  2. 8 Ounces crab meat

  3. 1 scotch bonnet or habenero pepper sliced and minced (careful -- these puppies are HOT, but the taste is unbelievable)

  4. 2 cloves garlic

  5. 1/2 cup red onions -- minced

  6. 2 Tablespoon mayo Juice of

  7. 2 limes Young tender spinach leaves

  1. Preparation : Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, except spinach leaves. Chill for 2 hours. Spoon over spinach leaves.
