  7. 1/4 c Cold water

  8. 1/2 c Sugar

  9. 1 c Pineapple cooked or canned

  10. 1 c Strawberries

  11. 1 c Cream

  12. 3/4 c Milk

  13. 1 c Chopped nuts

  14. 1 Egg white

  15. This was the RODIER wedding dessert Aug 1, 1927.

  16. Soak gelatine in cold water 5 min. Dissolve over hot water. Add dissolved

  17. gelatine to whipped cream, milk and sugar. Stir in beaten egg white. When

  18. cold, add pineapple and strawberries chopped in small pieces, and chopped

  19. nuts. Serve cold in sherbet glasses. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
