  11. 5 cups baby spinach leaves or mixed mesclun greens

  12. 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled ( 1/2 cup)

  13. 4 Adobo Grilled Chicken Breasts, sliced, recipe follows

  14. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  15. Lime wedges, for serving Adobo:

  16. 1 tablespoon lemon pepper

  17. 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  18. 1 tablespoon onion powder or flakes

  19. 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  20. 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

  21. 1 tablespoon achiote powder

  22. 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin

  23. 1 tablespoon salt

  24. 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
