  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Oil-cured black olives (pitted)

  2. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Drained capers

  4. 2 oz 56g Canned anchovies - drained

  5. 4 tablespoons 60ml Olive oil

  6. 1 Lemon - juiced Pizza dough - (see recipe)

  1. Recipe Instructions COMBINE ALL of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until a smooth sauce is formed. Spread the olive mixture over the pizza dough and bake according to instructions. Tops 2 8-inch pizzas.
