  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Penne or other short tubular macaroni

  2. 20 oz 568g Frozen leaf spinach - thawed

  3. 4 tablespoons 60ml Margarine

  4. 2 Salt

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cottage cheese, lowfat

  1. Cook pasta following directions on box and drain. Saute spinach in skillet in melted margarine and salt for 2 minutes. Pour over pasta. Mix in the cottage cheese. Serve at once.
