  1. Cheese On The Cob

  2. Serves 5 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  3. 5 ears corn, husks and silk removed

  4. 1 cup shredded Parmesan

  5. Chili powder

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  8. Prepare grill. Or preheat oven to 350F Brush a thin layer of

  9. mayonnaise on corn. Sprinkle the corn with cheese, chili powder,

  10. salt and pepper. Wrap each corn with foil and place on the grill.

  11. 10 minutes on the grill or minutes in the oven. Serve warm.
