    1. 1 pound beef skirt steak (or flank steak) -- deeply pierced

    2. 3/4 cup Lawry's Herb and Garlic Marinade with Lemon

    1. Preparation : In large resealable plastic bag, combine beef and Herb and Garlic Marinade. Marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight. Grill until desired doneness is reached.
