  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Fresh lime juice

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Minced serrano peppers

  4. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Chopped tomato

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Small-diced avocado

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced onion

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh cilantro

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  10. 8 Corn tortillas - cut thick strips, And fried until crisp Lime wedges

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut the fish into 1/2-inch dice. Place in a glass dish with the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain the fish and add the peppers, tomato, avocado, onion, cilantro, olive oil, and salt. Fold gently to mix. Serve with some fried tortilla strips, thick cut, garnish with lime wedges. This recipe yields 4 appetizer servings.
