  3. 1 1/2 cups water

  4. 16 ounces frozen vegetable medley broccoli -- thawed

  5. -- cauliflower carrots

  6. 6 ounces tuna -- drained flaked

  7. 2 cups instant white rice -- uncooked

  8. 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese -- (3 oz.)

  1. BRING soup and water to boil in large skillet.

  2. ADD vegetables and tuna; bring to boil.

  3. STIR in rice and cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
