  1. 3/4c Mayonnaise

  2. 1/3c Milk

  3. 2 tb Lemon juice

  4. 1/4ts Tarragon, crumbled

  5. 3 c Cooked cubed chicken

  6. 3 c Cooked wild rice

  7. 1/3c Green onion, finely sliced

  8. 1 cn Water chestnuts, drained

  9. 1/2ts Salt

  10. 1/8ts Pepper

  11. 1/2lb Seedless green grapes,halved

  12. 1 c Salted cashews

  13. 1 Grape clusters

  1. + Directions : Blend mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and tarragon, set aside. In large bowl,combine chicken, wild rice, green onion, water chestnuts, salt and pepper. Stir in mayonnaise mixture until blendid. Refrigerate coverd, 2-3 hrs. Just before serving, fold in grapes and cashews. Garnis with clusters of grapes.

  2. cup servings. Tip: One cup uncooked wild rice equals 3-4 cups cooked.
