  1. 5 Birds Eye fish fingers

  2. 3 quarter tin of Heinz spaghetti

  3. Instant mashed potato

  4. Grated cheese

  5. Butter

  6. Milk

  7. Water

  8. Salt, vinegar, pepper and red chilli powder

  1. Everything can be done while the fish fingers are placed in the oven. The 10/12 minutes should give you enough time. So place fish fingers in oven to warm.

  2. Boil the amount of water you need for mashed potato (note: mashed potato will be needed twice in this recipe). Add butter into bowl 2. Add a bit of milk. Place boiled water into the bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper into the bowl. Stir spoon until the butter has melted. Place mashed potato and stir. Get thickness you prefer and add more water and mashed potato if you want more.

  3. Place just less than half (2/5) of mash made into bowl 1 and leave the rest to side for now.

  4. Empty spaghetti into bowl 3. Add a pinch or two of red chilli powder and stir. Place into microwave and warm for a minute and a half. Leave the spaghetti for a minute or so before stirring and warming it for a further minute. Grate cheese while you wait if you need to unless you're going to use already grated cheese. Then you can just tidy and wash up if need be. :P Remove fish fingers from oven when they are done. Add a bit of salt and vinegar to it and break each fish finger into 2 or 3 pieces before adding them all to bowl 1 above the mash already inside.

  5. Empty three quarters of the spaghetti on top of the fish fingers. Add the rest (3/5) of the mash on top of that and flatten platform with a spoon or spreader. Add cheese on top and sprinkle a bit of pepper over it.

  6. Place the bowl into the microwave for a minute and then place the bowl into the grill. Allow cheese to melt (I prefer it to go orangey/reddy so it is kinda crunchy). Remove bowl with a tea towel or baking gloves and place the bowl (not empty it!) into a soup plate as the bowl will be very hot. The cheese and spaghetti sauce will be quite hot too so wait awhile. Get a fork and enjoy! :)
