  1. 2 lbs Pork Short ribs with Fat removed Two large yellow Onions

  2. 1 12 oz can of beer (it doesn't matter which brand)

  3. 3 table spoons EVOO

  4. 1 tablespoon Chili Powder

  5. 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder or (Fresh Grated Garlic 2 cloves)

  1. Marinate Pork in Beer overnight, drain excess liquid, add meat, onions, garlic, and Chili Powder to heated EVOO in skillet and brown on Medium heat, stirring often to prevent sticking, drain off excess oil, serve immediately in Tortillas. We like to add Guacamole salad and Sour Cream, but this is optional. We also serve with re-fried beans and Spanish Rice as side dishes.
