  1. 1 cup 237ml Plain - low-fat yogurt

  2. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Finely chopped cucumber

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fine chopped radishes

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Parsley - minced

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fine onion - chopped

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Prepared horseradish

  9. 1 Cayenne pepper

  1. Remove the seeds from the cucumbers.

  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
