  3. 2 tablespoons New Mexico red chile powder

  4. 1 tablespoon salt or to taste

  5. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  6. 1 teaspoon minced garlic or granulated garlic

  7. 8 ounces tomato juice

  1. Add olive oil to heated heavy skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat, stirring frequently.

  2. Drain off any meat drippings. (aka Fat)

  3. Add seasonings mixing well.

  4. Break up any large pieces of ground beef.

  5. Add tomato juice Simmer over low heat approximately 10 minutes or until liquid reduced.

  6. Use as a filling for tacos, enchiladas, burritos.
