  8. 1/2 c Sugar

  9. 2 tb Molasses

  10. 1 Egg

  11. 1/2 c Soya flour

  12. 1/4 c Cornstarch

  13. 1/4 c Potato starch flour

  14. 1/4 ts Salt

  15. 1 t Baking soda

  16. 1/4 ts Ginger

  17. 1/2 ts Cinnamon

  18. This is a special recipe made without gluten.

  19. Preheat oven to 350 F. Sift dry ingredients together.

  20. Cream margarine and sugar together thoroughly. Beat

  21. in egg and molasses. Add flour mixture. Mix well.

  22. Drop rounded teaspoons of dough onto greased cookie

  23. 10 to 12 minutes. Makes

  24. 40 cookies.
