  1. 1 kg peeled prawns, medium size

  2. 1 sachet MAGGI® Coating Mix

  3. 1 tablespoons coriander leaves, finely chopped Lemon zest, one piece only

  4. 2 eggs, beaten

  5. 2 cups vegetable oil

  1. Preparation Clean the prawns, remove head, keep the tail. Mix MAGGI® Coating Mix with coriander and lemon zest and set on a plate. Dip the prawns in the eggs then in the MAGGI® Coating Mix and set on a plate. Heat oil in a frying pan to medium heat, deep-fry the prawns for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Do not overcook the prawns.
