  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Cider-vinegar

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Low-sodium soy sauce

  3. 2 Green onion

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Gingerroot - grated

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Orange juice concentrate

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh lemon juice

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use to marinate meat, fish, chicken for an hour or overnight, turning to coat from time to time. Remaining marinade may be used to baste meat while is cooking. Makes 3/4 cup = 6 servings.
