  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Teriyaki marinade and sauce - (lite, Kikkoman)

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Grated lime peel

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Orange juice

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lime juice

  5. 4 teaspoons 20ml White fish steaks - -

  6. 1-1/2 (small) lbs.

  7. 1 -- -

  8. Sea bass - or swordfish)

  9. Minced fresh parsley - (opt.)

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; pour over fish in large plastic bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Refrigerate 45 to 60 minutes; turn bag over occasionally.

  2. Reserve marinade, cook fish on grill 4 inches from hot coals 4 minutes. Turn fish over; brush with reserved marinade.

  3. Cook 3 to 4 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with parsley. (OR, broil fish 4 to 5 inches from heat 4 minutes.
