  1. 4 teaspoons 20ml Eggs (large)

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Flour

  3. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Sugar

  4. 1/4 cup 82g / 2.9oz Dark Karo corn syrup

  5. 1 cup 328g / 11oz Light Karo corn syrup

  6. 1 Salt

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  8. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Pecans

  9. 1 Pie crust - frozen, (9-inch), deep dish

  1. Thaw pie crust and pinch edges of crust. (Makes it look homemade.) Beat eggs. Add flour, sugar, corn syrups, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into 9-inch deep dish pie shell. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes, and 300F for 45 to 50 minutes. Cover edges with thin strips of foil during first 30 minutes of baking. Allow pie to cool for 1 hour before serving.
