  1. 1 lb fresh asparagus

  2. 2 -3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Trim off dry ends of asparagus.

  3. Place asparagus in oven-proof dish and toss with olive oil until all asparagus is coated.

  4. Roast in 400 degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve it up! ?
