  1. 1 lb Chicken leg or thigh meat cut into bite size chunks.

  2. 4 oz soy sauce

  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  4. 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  5. 1 tsp powdered ginger

  6. 2 tbsp dried minced onion

  7. 1/2 cup Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey

  8. 2 tbsp white wine

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate (stirring often) for several hours (best overnight).

  2. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a single layer, basting every 10 minutes. Remove chicken. Scrape pan juices with all the brown bits in a frying pan.

  3. Heat and add 2 tbsp white wine. Stir and add chicken. Cook for 1 minute and serve.
